Two elderly women cousins, who butt heads over everything, sell to a real estate investor the posh Manhattan apartment they inherited from their uncle, with the provision they can live there for the rest of their lives.  He seeks to make that a short stay by sending them on an Amazonian cruise stalked by two bumbling hitmen.
