My original payment through Paypal of $42.19 to Junhon Technology for a set of dentures is being ignored by the seller. They also inflated the final price from $32.46 to $42.19 by adding charges that weren’t shown in the original order placement.
They continue to send endless emails saying my order was not completed, offering a discount if I place the same order again. I have sent both their service and payment offices a series of emails showing I paid for the dentures, including pictures of the payment shown on Paypal, pictures from them showing the order was placed and has been paid for. Yet still they ignore my emails and continue to send ones offering a discount if I finish my order.
Then, while looking at my “cart” in their latest email, and simply x’ing out of the email, I saw on my bank statement that some other name for their service charged me again, this time for $33.20 to FITODY MISTICO XXXXX57733. I have attempted to stop this payment, but my bank says it still may go through. I’ve also disputed the earlier payment.
I have told them I would contact Paypal about this issue if I didn’t hear from them, so now I am contacting you. I don’t know if you can contact them and get them to ship the order, which is what I would prefer, or whether I should just request a refund of my payment and hope that you discontinue paying this company for orders using Paypal to pay them.
